Information we collect We collect the information you provide and generate while using Pulshift: - Account and profile details (name, contact number, city, role). - Professional details and verification documents (e.g. registration, PAN, Aadhaar) used to verify eligibility to work. - Engagement activity: postings, applications, attendance, and ratings. - Approximate location, when you enable it, to show nearby work. 2. How we use your information We use your information to: - Match doctors with clinics and operate the marketplace. - Verify credentials and maintain trust and safety. - Compute reliability and show relevant work. - Communicate with you about your engagements and account. 3. Verification documents Identity and credential documents are used solely to verify your eligibility to work through the platform. They are stored securely and shown only to authorised reviewers, never publicly on your profile. 4. Sharing We share only what is needed for an engagement: a clinic and a doctor see each other's relevant details once a booking is confirmed. Contact numbers are hidden from casual browsing and revealed only after acceptance. We do not sell your personal data. 5. Payments and your data Payments are settled directly between clinic and doctor, off the platform, so Pulshift does not collect or store your bank account or card details for settlement. 6. Data security and your rights We take reasonable measures to protect your information. You may request access to or correction of your data, or deletion of your account, by contacting Pulshift support.
