1. About Pulshift Pulshift is a technology platform that connects independent doctors with clinics seeking temporary medical staffing. Pulshift is a facilitator only. It is not the employer, agent, or paymaster of any doctor or clinic, and every engagement is entered into directly between the doctor and the clinic. 2. Payments are settled directly, off the platform Pulshift does not process, collect, hold, or disburse any payment. All fees, rates, and payments for an engagement are settled directly between the clinic and the doctor, outside of the platform. Pulshift is not a party to that payment and is not liable for non-payment, delayed payment, short payment, taxes, or any payment dispute. Amounts shown in the app are only a record of what the clinic and doctor agreed, provided for convenience. 3. Doctor responsibilities As a doctor using Pulshift, you agree to: - Hold and maintain valid registration and the credentials you claim. - Provide accurate profile and verification documents. - Attend confirmed engagements on time, or withdraw with as much notice as possible. - Settle your fees directly with the clinic. 4. Clinic responsibilities As a clinic using Pulshift, you agree to: - Provide accurate engagement details and a safe working environment. - Confirm completion honestly and promptly after a shift. - Pay the doctor directly and on time for work performed. - Not mark a doctor absent when they have in fact attended. 5. Reliability and conduct Pulshift maintains a reliability score to encourage dependable behaviour. Late withdrawals and confirmed no-shows reduce this score; completed engagements improve it. Scores are indicative and may be adjusted where an engagement is disputed and resolved. 6. Cancellations and disputes Cancelling or withdrawing from a confirmed engagement may affect your reliability score and, where agreed between the parties, may carry a fee settled directly between them. If a dispute arises, both parties should first try to resolve it directly; Pulshift may help facilitate a resolution but is not liable for its outcome. 7. Limitation of liability Pulshift provides the platform on an "as is" basis and, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for any loss arising from an engagement, from payment between the parties, or from the conduct or credentials of any user. 8. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown in the app is the current one; continued use of Pulshift means you accept it.
