How to Delete Your Account
To request account deletion, send an email to sintg1999@gmail.com from the email or phone number associated with your Pulshift account. We will close your account within 24 to 48 hours.
Please include the following in your email:
- Your registered phone number
- Your full name as it appears on the app
- Reason for deletion (optional)
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
Once we process your deletion request, the following will happen:
- Your profile and personal information will be permanently removed from the platform
- All active shift listings and availability postings will be cancelled
- Your reliability score, ratings, and booking history will be deleted
- You will no longer receive any notifications from Pulshift
Important: Any outstanding payment obligations must be settled before your account can be deleted. Financial records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by Indian tax and accounting regulations.
